Becky Tran grew up in Dallas and the surrounding cities and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2001, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems. She received her Juris Doctorate      degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.

She was admitted to practice with the State Bar of Texas in 2006, and is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, American Bar Association and Texas Young Lawyers Association. She is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts in the Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas.

Mrs. Tran was formerly an associate of Stromberg Stock, PLLC f/k/a Stromberg & Associates, P.C. where she gained experience in creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, collections, commercial litigation, lender liability, banking law, and general civil litigation.

Mrs. Tran was also a former associate of Colven & Tran, P.C. where she gained experience in commercial real estate development and commercial lending transactions, emphasis on SBA loan transactions, in addition to the formation and management of business entities.

Mrs. Tran is fluent in Vietnamese.

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys traveling and skiing.

Amy Chung Benoit has extensive experience in immigration cases in both non-immigrant and immigrant categories. She has represented business entities and handled all aspects of their immigration issues including counseling clients on H-1B compliance issues and employer sanctions.

In addition to corporate clients, she has represented religious organizations,investors, as well as professionalscategorized under aliens of extraordinary ability or achievement filed in the EB-1 category including Ph.D. candidates. Mrs. Benoit has represented individuals and their families in all aspects of family based immigration cases including fiancee/spousal visas, adjustment of status, and naturalization.

Mrs. Benoit is also fluent in Korean.

In her spare time, Mrs. Benoit enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
